Needs Improvement
This app is slow and has no back button from the detailed listing of a property. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom or start the search over. It’s pretty painful to use.
I don’t what they paid to have this app built but it was too much
Worst app I have. Completely unusable. No back button in most places so you just get stuck, gestures don’t work at all. Use Redfin instead.
So Basic It’s Worthless
Feels like a template design purchased over the counter. Not in the least bit consumer-centric like other well-known real estate apps. Basic IDX functions that consumers expect in 2022. Basic information that one could find anywhere. Doesn’t show school info, nearby amenities, events, detailed tax data, average rents in the area, or really anything at all besides the pretty pictures, 3D Tour and a link to “area info” that isn’t nearly granular enough to be useful for consumers wanting to know the neighborhood better. Do better Sotheby’s, come on!

No back button from listings
I generally like this app; it’s a bit slow & there’s some randomness in the layout choices, but overall it works with one massive exception: there’s NO back button from the detailed listing view. You have to literally start a new search, OR scroll way to the bottom of the listing page and tap “continue search,” which is inexcusable.
I’m going to be generous and assume this was an oversight, but it needs to be fixed yesterday. Users should always have basic wayfinding navigation. I’ll update my ranking if this gets fixed but the app is not usable as-is.

Terrible
Possibly the worst app ever. I can’t imagine how a luxury company like Sotheby’s can have such a terrible app. It is literally useless.
This App is Awful
The responsiveness and inability to complete simple tasks is simply amazing for such a company. Terrible.
Who is running Sothebys Intl?
How have they not allocated any capital towards customer facing technology? Property owners expect more…

Terrible app, keeps crashing & has just lost all my saved properties & searches!
Awful
This app is just terrible. No thought has been put into the UI and the app doesn’t work properly. You can’t go back to a previous screen with ease but there are so many other issues that I can’t even be bothered to talk talk about. Rubbish app must be fixed.
