  • Hands down the worst app I’ve ever used

    Every single function is the worst. I tried signing up my email, didn’t work. Tried sending a home via link, doesn’t exist. I cannot begin to explain how bad this app is. For a company that caters to the 1% of the world, I would think this would be basic 101 of how to run a business. My 9 month old puppy could build a better app.

    Do yourself a favor and do not download this app. Save yourself from needing anger management.

    I like the app and the homes they have, but every time I try to click on a home it asks me to sign in. I’ve “signed in” about 5 times now and I still haven’t been able to see a home because of that message.
  • Wonderful app

    One of the most comprehensive, easy to travel in navigate apps in the market. Those who hate it I’m jealous.
  • This app is truly awful.

    Sotheby’s needs to remove this from the App Store. It never should have been allowed to see the light of day in this state.

    The gallery functionality is horrible. Photos are oriented in landscape mode, as they should be for looking at... landscapes (imagine that!). But when you hold your phone in landscape mode, the pictures don’t resize properly to fit the screen. It just zooms in and most of the picture goes off screen, so you then have to pan to see the missing portion. Landscape slideshow mode is nonexistent.

    And the lack of basic navigation capabilities makes the app totally unusable. After you click on a listing, how do you get back to your search results? You can’t. Instead, you have to redo your search, then redo your sort, then scroll down to where you left off in the results.
  • App needs a lot of improvement

    I deleted app, the website online is much better. I started to listen to the other reviews, but was hoping they updated by now.

    The website filtering is horrible and buggy and the app is even more unreliable with constant errors. Come on, guys. When shopping for premium real estate I expect more reliable navigation and UX.
  • Just....horrible.

    And you’d think a company that touts the swag of “reality for some of the most exclusive & expensive properties in the world” would get a clue from- *several updates back* in how glitchy & unusable their app & mobile site where- *& only improve since that point* ...not stay the same or get even worse as the months & years pass by! I guess the more yuppy you become, the more useless & out of touch!
  • Bring back Search Nearby Homes and Search Open Houses

    Update. Still slow to respond, doesn’t show all available properties, “nearby” selects a neighboring city instead of just what’s nearby. Etc etc etc. Complaints fall in deaf ears, apparently. Meanwhile, resources went to revamp the functioning website instead of this broken app. Sigh.

    Was great. Now worthless. A joke. Whoever did this should be terminated immediately.

    Wrote the above shortly after new app available. This is TERRIBLE. Not accurate. Doesn’t include many new listings. For a long time, didn’t even include West and East. Sadly, no changes since I originally wrote.

    Very, VERY poor representation for what I thought was a respected company.
