Lousy Product and associated app

This app is almost as bad as the watch. The measurements for blood pressure and heart rate are totally inaccurate. I paid just $40 Australian for the device and that was a complete waste of money. Further batter life is lousy and support is non-existent. You are better off buying a blood pressure monitor from a pharmacy or even without blood pressure capabilities by and large a Fitbit or even an Apple Watch. This device shipped from China which likely says it all.

Bluetooth connection problem

I bought this watch and i had the impression that it was going to work, i read the instructions, turned on my bluetooth, but yet it still will not bind. App needs to work on connection problems cause it does offer alot and seems great but without being able to connect to a device or in this case this watch, its rendered useless.

Hello smart watch

I was surprised to have received the watch but it did not come with the device to charge it. Am I missing something here? Doesn’t look bad but I don’t have anything to charge it with. Bummed!

Need an update

Needs to be updated to connect with Apple health.
Needs to be updated with the option of 12 hour time
Needs to be updated with weather option of Fahrenheit
Need to be updated so everytime you open the app the watch doesn’t ask to pair or erase all data

Nice but many problems

I like the styling of the watch and the iPhone app is good, but like another user, I experience Bluetooth pairing drops ... these reduce functionality by about 60%.

I’m not sure if the problem is in the app or in the software on the watch but it is very frustrating.

Connection problem

I have connection problems for one month. I deleted the app and installed it again and even i try to reconnect the watch, but it didn’t work.

Useless

Tried over @ over countless times to sync bracelet with app with no success. A total waste of money. If you’re looking for a reliable monitoring bracelet that delivers this solution don’t trust this one.

Worked okay until....

....App update version 1.4.1 or 1.4.2. The watch no longer stays connected to the app, and if it does it wants the user to long press and zeroes out all the data on the watch. Reloading the app and restarting the watch made no difference. It’s was quirky, but now it’s useless.

Problem connecting

Version 1.4.2 had a problem with custom dials and maintaining connection
In the recent update version 1.4.3 the custom dial problem has been fixed but the connection problem hasn’t
It doesn’t pair automatically instead i have to unpair the device then pair it again to connect
Please fix it

Worked great for 1st month

Was working great until last update. Was annoyed I was losing all data with each app update, but it still worked great. But since the last update about every hour it asks to ‘long hold to confirm link’ where it resets everything again - so can no longer track steps as it keeps resetting multiple times per day. All manuals & support are in Chinese with no English version available
