Problem connecting
Version 1.4.2 had a problem with custom dials and maintaining connection
In the recent update version 1.4.3 the custom dial problem has been fixed but the connection problem hasn’t
It doesn’t pair automatically instead i have to unpair the device then pair it again to connect
Please fix it

Worked great for 1st month
Was working great until last update. Was annoyed I was losing all data with each app update, but it still worked great. But since the last update about every hour it asks to ‘long hold to confirm link’ where it resets everything again - so can no longer track steps as it keeps resetting multiple times per day. All manuals & support are in Chinese with no English version available

Hello don’t know about fixing the app the watch’s need fixing first
1. The watch don’t stay on your wrist had to tape it on
2. The heart rate monitor does not work if I take the watch off I do the heart rate be rights it should not pick up any readings but it does second I have a very slow heart rate that’s one reason I got this to keep an eye on it. But the watch said I have a heart rate of 100 went to my doctors to check and it was totally wrong only had a heart rate of 40 so not happy wasted my money on it guess I can’t moan that’s what you get buying Chinese stuff

EverythingWorks except for the calling part and the texting but everything else works can you help
Good product but could be better
I like this fitness tracker. It does what it says it does. The instructions are a bit unclear at first, so to charge the tracker, you remove either end of the strap but plug in to a USB port the end with the gold lines on the underneath.
I think the app is brilliant apart from the fact that we can’t compete or do leagues like Fitbit. It is really annoying for me as I have other friends and family who are using a Fitbit and they are all in a league. If there could be some cross platform kind of thing going on. That would be great!
P.S. you could make the instructions clearer and the app clearer set out, plus you could have a button to change the language because some of the buttons like save are in Chinese or some Indian language
