  • Unable to confirm email

    Unable to login as email not confirmed. There is no way to confirm ..
  • Cannot access app

    The final registration code sent to the user is a combination of letters & numbers, but the app only presents a number keypad - preventing you from being able to confirm your registration. Therefore you cannot even enter the app. Additionally there is a pop up each time I open it saying that the app needs updating, but the App Store says there is no update.

  • Never worked

    App has never worked. Says its loading but nothing happens. Utter crap.

  • Payment not processing

    The app will not process credit cards that are saved anymore and I keep getting an error. However, using the exact same card as a new card works. This worked fine until this week.

    Please fix this issue so I don’t have to keep inputting my card info.

  • Does not work with Android

    We were advised through our employer to use this app. My colleagues with Androids cannot get the app to work.

    We recommend trying to use the app with a cellular/mobile data connection and disconnecting from your corporate wifi, as some corporate networks may by default block usage. Our technical team is working with our client to update the corporate network settings to resolve this issue. If you still experience issues when using the cellular/mobile connection, please contact help@desk@systopia.co.uk so we can gather some more information to help us resolve the issue.
  • "Workplace Not Found" and can't use app

    I work at American Express and the number/QR codes always return "Workplace Not Found" and the app is unusable. I can log in on the cloud site. Wish this app was actually usable.

  • White screen issues from start

    I can’t rate app because from very beginning I get intro page and then a blank(white) screen. Deleted and downloaded multiple times
