  • How the app helped me stop smoking

    Quitcy helped me with the customized exercises for managing cravings. For me this was always the scary part - what if i dont smoke for a few days, then i get angry or have some stressful situation and crave a cigarette very bad, what do i do then?? Now, with this app i have with me a way to keep myself busy, calm myself and not smoke that 1 cigarette that will make all this work pointless.

    I am 1 month smoke free thanks to this app! What i find great about it is that even if i use only free features it helps me greatly to stay on track, i can see how many days i did not smoke and how many cigarettes, how much my health improved in this time, and how much money i have saved by not smoking.     Easy to use, and keeps you motivated! Most difficult part about quitting for me is what to do when i am in a stressful situation and crave a cigarette?? This is the part that i like most about the app, it can help you control yourself when you crave cigarettes with custom exercises!

    I think this is the most effective way to quit smoking, no nicotine replacement therapy or smoking less and less. This app helped me make it happen! Smoke free for 43 days and don’t plan do do this again :D Try it, even free features are enough to help you! Good luck everyone!
