If My cousin was playing it she would pick bugs one and I played it to see what it was like and it was a little bit creepy! so it a no for best toddler game from me

my 21-month-old son, who has an extremely short attention and usually can only play with something for a few minutes and then moves onto the next thing, plays these baby games for longer than I expected. Very engaging. My toddler boy has been enjoying it for quite a bit. Notable for 2 year olds

There are so many of them in the developer portfolio and you can come up with new ones every time: for boys or girls and from one or two year olds and older.
