Great App.

Have been using the App for a while now and it works well. Had a question regarding settings and synchronisation with Strava and the support was awesome.

Awesome logging app

If your bike is your baby and you want to keep track of all the upgrades and servicing/maintenance.... this is your app. Unbelievable detail available to log all you need to log

Awesome features and easy to use

I had long time waiting for something amazing like this app.
The ability of automatic synchronization with your Strava Gear is the coolest feature I have seen ever.
Then you have the possibility of setting your desire maintenance schedule for every individual part whitin a specific bike - this is marvelous.
Kudos for the great development team that make this a possibility, really helps a lot on keeping your bikes up and running without having manual count of hours or weeks to make any replacement, check or lub of your bike components. Definitely 5 starts and more. Highly recommended.

Finally a way to track maintenance

I’ve used other apps and web sites trying to find a way to track my components and maintenance on my bike. None of the apps quite did it and who actually uses computers any more.
Maintrack seems to hit the sweet spot. It is very intuitive and connects to Strava so I don’t have to enter mileage.
It doesn’t have a manual however a quick email to the developer gets an answer to your question pretty quick.
Great app. It’s already helped me stay on top of my chain lube.

Amazed this is free

This is a brilliant little app. I was irritated at Strava’s limited functionality around component tracking and this fills that gap nicely and then some.

It is a little cryptic at first especially given it supports multiple levels of components (want to track servicing a single link in your chain? This could do that!) but persevere and you see how useful it becomes. As others have mentioned the docs could be improved and the workflows could be clearer and simpler.

Developer is extremely responsive though and replied to a couple of my queries within a couple of hours, assuring me a couple of bugs I stumbled across would be fixed in the next version. With this price and that service I can’t give it less than five stars!

Love it !

Absolutely love this app. Finally I know how much distance I’ve done since I last serviced my bike. I service my babe myself and this app is very handy to show you your bike usage. I commute every day to work and I don’t record every ride on strava, but thanks to adding activities manually, I can add my weekly commuting distance to this app and it still counts my bike parts “distance”. I love this feature. Guys thank you very much for this app. It makes life a lot easier.

Extremely Useful App

Took a little to get used to at first, but now that I’m up to speed, it’s very useful for tracking mileage and maintenance intervals. Keep up the great work!

Needs User Instructions or a FAQ!

The Maintrack app shows that my bikes are synced with Strava, but the mileage doesn’t register. Strava indicates I’ve risen about 1000 mi between my two bikes since oven downloaded Maintrack, but Maintrack still says 0 mi for both bikes. The app seems to have some great features, but they are useless if it won’t record the miles I’ve put on my bikes. I’m sure the issue is easy to resolve, but without an FAQ or instructions, I can’t determine which setting I need to change. Please provide some instructions for the user on your website!

Hi Biochem Biker, thanks a lot for your helpful review! Indeed our website is well due an update, but we are totally focused in improving mainTrack and creating new features. However I'll definitely prioritize the creation of an instructions section in our Support page as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can always contact us through our website, Facebook page and Twitter. And to be quite frank with you, I find a bit harsh from your side to have given us a bad rating for an app that is full of cool features and totally FREE, before at least trying to contact our support team to report a bug or ask for help. This is extremely disappointing for us, as we endeavour to provide a great user experience. Indeed there was a problem with Strava connection that has just been fixed and submitted to the App Store. I'm sorry that this issue has disappointed you so much, but I guarantee that once you start using the app you will enjoy a lot and realize that the rating that you gave us was very unfair.

I loved this app. It makes my life easier as it is connect to my Strava. I scheduled my bike maintenance per mileage, and finally I can get rid of my spreadsheet.
I was also able to add the parts that I just replaced. So much easier to keep track of my bike parts with the app.
This is the best bike maintenance app I ever used.

Great app but could be better

Been looking for an app that you could track maintenance and schedule maintenance for my bike but haven’t come across one that fits the bill like this app does, however, this could be a 5 star + rated app if you could use in on an iPad and your data was backed up onto iCloud.
