  • Haven’t been able to use since November

I’ve been part of crash corse study but I have not been able to sync since November. Reached out through both app and email multiple times and have not received any response. Glad that long covid is being researched and I hope more steps are taken to get data in future. Still wearing Fitbit and hoping it will be fixed so I can upload my data

  • Still quite Buggy.

I religiously sync - afterwards the app says, “Last synced…” (weeks ago.

I want to contribute my data re:Disabling PASC (3 years bedridden after Covid) - but this app does not inspire confidence.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please email us at wearables_validation@stanford.edu if you still have any issues and our research team would be more than happy to help, as right now we are using the platform on several studies besides the Covid19 study. We hope that you will be willing to revise your review and rating after the issue is fixed as it can impact our research study. Thank you!
