Purchased no ads, but getting ads
This app goes against trading standards as I am not getting what I have paid for.

I paid for no ads some time ago - and for a while all was ok. But now being bombarded with ads. Even if I had not paid for no ads, there are WAY TOO MANY ADS for anyone to cope with. What you will see is that many players will simply delete the app due to the number of ads. I have been in touch with the developers many times and still there are ads on my game.

They have now even taken off the ability for me to contact them via the game - I assume that is because I keep contacting them about this issue. I am going to report them to the relevant authorities.

Fraudulent change
As so, many others have written recently, I too paid for ad free on this game. And it worked until the last update about four weeks ago Now when you lose a life, you have to sit through LONG commercials before you can get back to the game. you cannot X out of the commercials. It seems like they run for about two minutes. If you have the sound turned off on your game, it doesn’t matte, the commercials play with sound. Per replies to other players, the developer is saying that the ad free should only apply to the ads at the bottom of the game. So during the last update, they changed it and these long commercials play every time you lose a life. If that’s how they want it to be going forward for new customers, then they should make that very clear before anyone else signs up. But for those of us who already paid it for ad free, it is not right to change it. Hopefully the developer will see the error of their way and correct this with the next update ASAP.

Ads annoying
I love this game and have been playing for years. However, the new type of ads that pop up at the bottom of the screen during game play are interfering with the game!! The ads actually cover some of the blocks making play difficult.

Paid for no ads but now they’re back
A simple, addictive! Game to pass the time when I’m waiting, travelling or just can’t sleep
However, frustrated that ads have reappeared even though I paid to not have them.
I don’t see an option for “restore purchases”
Feel like I’ve been scammed.

Annoying/ Loud Ads
I love playing this game and could play it for hours at a time. However, the ads are so annoying. First off, there are too many/ too long. Second of all, they are so loud! I am unable to play this game when I listen to music or podcasts. Despite having the sound settings on the app turned off, and my ringer turned off, the ads still play (very loudly) and pause my music or podcast EVERY TIME. So every minute I would have to leave the app to press play on my podcast. And IF the ad has a mute button, it only appears after it has stopped my podcast and blasted my ears. And I can’t turn the sound on my phone down without turning down the sound on my music or podcast. So I just don’t play the game anymore if I want to listen to something. There are plenty of games that play ads without sound. This should be fixed.

Need to stop the glitches!
I love this game so much I had to put a screen time limit on it, but lately it has been glitching a lot just freezes and doesn’t see anything I’m doing then when it comes back the time has still been going! Not cool. Please repair.

Fun start but poor finishing
The game is exciting to play but as soon as you’ve gone past 15. It starts to get harder with more numbers merging together, game freezing while time continues to count down and time moving really fast. Making it impossible to finish game and eventually becomes frustrating and not much fun. The game makers need to reprogram the game and enable players to complete all levels within reason without necessarily making it easy.

Overall this game was quite addicting at first, however I think there should be more game modes to try out. There is a lot of lag in this game that prevents you from being as fast as you could be. Also the timer is very glitchy and calculates time wrong. You will be playing the game, you start off fine then the timer glitches and the game moves on two spaces instead of one or will only give you a single second before pushing in another row. Not sure if this is supposed to happen but it makes the third challenge and every challenge after that pretty much impossible. If the game wasn’t so glitchy, it would be so much more fun. Also having different challenges or game modes or goals would be a great addition to the game.
