  • Horrible app

This thing never works. What a horrible company.
  • Doesn’t work

    Very bad app
  • Non-functional

Terrible app. I have a suitcase cash policy under my employer with Blue Cross Blue Shield for pricing, and this company handles the claims. The app is useless and we can’t figure out where to look up services , active policy information such as recent doctor visits, co-pays, in the state of the processes. No EOB unless you wait every quarter.
