Unable to login
Clearly the mobile app is not integrated with the web site where I’ve had user ID and password for years. The mobile app apparently uses totally different set of credentials not integrated with the web site identity and authentication platform
Great work there - it’s 2020 and SSO isn’t a thing of the future. Please assess identity integration for your existing customer and do away with dual set of credentials

If you are trying to log into HCOnline our HealthComp App does not require different credentials though the HealthComp Flex App does.Can’t log in
I have been trying to log in off and on for 6 months. No such luck. This would be very useful. Please fix!cindylouwho88

As other reviewers have said, you cannot log-in. It’s sad they spent time making an app that you cannot log into and have done nothing to fix it.hmclaug
