  • Unable to login

    Clearly the mobile app is not integrated with the web site where I’ve had user ID and password for years. The mobile app apparently uses totally different set of credentials not integrated with the web site identity and authentication platform

    Great work there - it’s 2020 and SSO isn’t a thing of the future. Please assess identity integration for your existing customer and do away with dual set of credentials

If you are trying to log into HCOnline our HealthComp App does not require different credentials though the HealthComp Flex App does.
  • Can’t log in

    I have been trying to log in off and on for 6 months. No such luck. This would be very useful. Please fix!

    As other reviewers have said, you cannot log-in. It’s sad they spent time making an app that you cannot log into and have done nothing to fix it.

    Works fine on a web browser. App will not accept logins.

  • Not working

    This would be a very handy app, but I am unable to log-in. When attempting to login, it says “failed attempt”, and when you click “forgot password”, is says “unable to preform function”. When I click on “app support under the app info in App Store, it says “unable to locate account” when username is entered. All info entered is correct, and works online, just not in the app.
