Happy with the product and work as they should, a few bugs In the app as Alexa on occasion loose connection with the Application and asks to be re linked. I originally bought vintage Edison e27 bulbs which looked gorgeous. However the was issues with the hub not staying connected so had to get the regular white e15 and e27 multi colour bulbsShow lessAntony 1981

Doesn’t work. Meaning the smart bulbs I just bought don’t work.
Registered for the app but then can’t log in, using the details I just registered 30 seconds before.
The Aigo smart bulbs I bought don’t appear to work with anyone else’s app either, meaning I just wasted loads of money.@F1DavidT

Para comenzar, al instalarla y querer registrarme no me ha permitido hacerlo a través de todas las opciones, sólo me permitía con mi email. Luego, cuando finalmente ya estaba registrada, no me ha permitido acceder a mi cuenta: no deja de salir una señalización de error. Probé poner la contraseña mal y da otro mensaje, con lo cual el problema no era la contraseña, y la verdad no da más opciones ni de ayuda ni nada. Básicamente ni siquiera he podido acceder a la aplicación en sí… voy a tener que devolver los productos porque no se puede usar de otra manera… decepcionante…Show lessElfit_

I bought led bulbs couple months back everything is fine and well with the product as well as software until 2-3 weeks ago when apple login stopped working and app would take good 5 tries before loading I have a 15 Pro iPhone running iOS 17.3 is there anything that you guys could update to fix this as without the app the bulbs are a bit useless other then emitting lightShow lessmintchoco122
