Life Changing
I signed up to use Exodus in 2019 with a small group of men. We have gone through everything that Exodus has offered our core group of four men have done all of the Exodus 90 day 91 exercises.
The exercises and their content is some of the best I have ever read. Once or twice we took a month off and found that something was missing in our life. After returning to Exodus 90, we realized this is not just something you do for a while, this app and all of its reflections, wisdom, and knowledge that they share is so valuable! we will be doing Exodus for the rest of our lives!
I myself am 67 years old, I love the Lord. I love reading scripture I love reading, spiritual books. we find that doing Exodus 90 is just as important as doing morning and evening prayer! Thank you to all of the staff at Exodus 90!

Outstanding
I am 61 years old and this app with its disciplines has transformed my life
You need to do this now!!!
Amazing. Life changing.
Money making rather than faith focused
The CEO of Exodus had paid himself $190,000 last year, $150,000 the year before and $100,000 the year before that. This is a lot of money and huge pay rises for non profit.
The Exodus 90 concept is great. But the app and website are hugely commercialised and they smell of sales and marketing instead of evangelisation and encouraging men in their faith.
They could easily make the app free and donation based. The app cost excludes men who want to grow in their faith.
The way they are doing this feels wrong - selling Catholicism.
You really don’t need an app or website to do Exodus 90. And they should be asking you for money to do it.

App needs work and too expensive
I’ve done exodus 90 before and it was great!!! I have nothing wrong with the program. However I can’t believe the app has five stars, people must be lying because the app never loads and is so hard to use/ navigate. And the thing as a whole is sooooo expensive. I recommend all catholic men do exodus 90, just don’t download and pay for the app (get the book, you’ll pay for it once and get to use it forever)

A guide through life
Took up the challenge; deleted social media apps and let Exodus90 guide me through the weeks with reflection, prayer and silence; a welcome distraction from the over stimulation of the world.
Lots of content to help you in your spiritual journey.

Day 45 and more alive
Cutting out the distractions in my life and focusing that time on my family and the lord have been amazing. I have more energy and feel a sense of calm and peace in work and home situations that used to get me angry. I’m getting projects done around the house and improving my own health. I’m Down 20 lbs and feeling great. Eating good foods, fasting and no sugary drinks and snacks has been a huge blessing. Sadly I couldn’t find a fraternity to join or convince others to join my journey, but I’ve been checking in on a few friends who support me and that in itself has me feeling more connected. My wife may even join me for the last 40 days as she’s been watching the news too much and getting stressing about things. She’s seen how it’s transformed me and is overjoyed. I probably sound like I’m exaggerating — and I’m a little surprised myself, but life seems easier and more full, Vs hours on Facebook or Netflix always feeling tired and empty. I feel like I am treating people better and helping spread joy all while spending my valuable time on earth in a more useful way. “Be not afraid” & “Here I am lord”. Two of my favorite hymns and great words to live by. Peace and love. Matt
