Often doesn’t work

Sadly Bryton’s software and support lets down what are otherwise brilliant devices. But who wants a device that is problematic to download from reliably?

Often after a ride, it just doesn’t give you an option to sync the device. Other times it will sync but not show up. All very simple stuff and frustrating.

App keeps freezing

This app is good when it works. I find when I go to open the app on my new iphone12, one in three times the app won’t open (just get a blank white screen) so I have to delete it, go to App Store, redownload it then log in and synch my device. Not what you want to do when you just finish a ride… Apart from that the functionality in the app is fine and the data transfer between app and device is satisfactory.

Can’t log into the app

I can’t log into the app I just get “syncing user details” then back to the log in page, I’ve deleted the app then reinstalled it several times still get the same problem very frustrating!!! Please fix it.

Very poor connectivity

Very unfriendly device.

Works great!

I bought a Rider 420 and found using the app simple and foolproof. Works seamlessly to setup the device and data uploads to the app work every time. Very happy with the purchase.

Worthless

App barely worked and now has locked me out. Despite entering password and such correctly. Stick to using a USB cable and a computer to download.

Bryton 750

Lately the app keeps forgetting my rider 750 which I can easily re-add in the app and nothing is lost but it’s annoying to have to add it again before each ride. Otherwise the app is generally very good and works as expected although Wahoo can do on device notifications without the need to run the app first so it would be nice if Bryton could do that. Love the Bryton Rider 750.

Latest update made it worse

Keeps losing device connection. No sync indicator on screen can’t tell what it is doing. I preferred the old UI. I like the Bryton 450 a lot but fix the app guys. No need to improve what isn’t broken.

Ride not downloaded

Bluetooth synced as usual but today the ride that I did didn’t download and is now nowhere to be seen on device or app. App said down load complete but it ain’t there or on device..
Not happy…..
After only 6mnths of use can only program ONE of the numerous screens for data I would like. Very average product.

Download issues

Seems like this happens to others
Great gps with the info I need. But the app constantly drops the device on my iPhone
Losing rides in history
Only advise from Bryton download the app again on your phone
Done that several times and no improvement
