Please try updating the device via Bryton Update Tool with your PC: https://www.brytonsport.com/#/supportResult?tag=BrytonTool Also, please try to reconnect the device with your phone: 1. Remove the device from the BLE list on your phone. 2. Turn off BLE and close the app in background 3. Turn BLE back on and open the app, then pair the device.

The App itself is a major disappointment. I have spent the best part of a day trying to secure The Bluetooth connection between my iphone and the device. I honestly can’t believe that based on the feedback of the device itself that Bryton would support such a low level app.
