All round disappointing

Trouble with recording on bike then transferring information to app. Good price yes, but after 2 months not really worth it.

Not overly intuitive

I have the Rider 420, and the app seems to work reasonably well with the device. It’s not overly intuitive to use, but I’ve managed to stumble my way through without too much grief. I’ve mainly used the route builder option, but I’ve just downloaded the MS150 route from their webpage to the device and that’s worked well too. In summary, it works, just don’t expect it to be user friendly.

Turn-to-turn file transfer failling

Usually for long rides I have problems to transfer the file to turn-to-turn. Please fix it!

Apple Watch please

So far so good, easy to install and use. I would like to see an intergration with Apple Watch so I can retrieve heart rate data, but also have my exercise counted in my Apple Activity and Apple Health apps

Device stopped pairing

This worked well with my iPhone for 1 month, then stopped uploading rides. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled and now the device won’t pair. Won’t pair on my iPad either. Customer service doesn’t bother replying
Terrible service

Quite worthless...

So wanted this to work. Id give it zero stars if that was an option. Pretty much a dead app. Worked for a very short time then stopped syncing! Hasn't done anything since mid -end of February. Use strava but wanted the sync to be seamless but now I still have to manually upload before it gets to strava... So much for high hopes!

Not great

Very clunky to use. Often takes ages to upload. For about a month it has been uploading and after it’s done, the rides just disappear. Finally today they say they r trying to find a solution. Very poor

Will not launch

Not sure what the issue is but as you can see from the most recent reviews it’s having issues. Again.

Dissatisfied

I have just purchased a Bryton Rider 420 Computer. My initial excitement turned very quickly to frustration!

The App itself is a major disappointment. I have spent the best part of a day trying to secure The Bluetooth connection between my iphone and the device. I honestly can’t believe that based on the feedback of the device itself that Bryton would support such a low level app.

Doesn’t work, no technical support. Disappointed 👎

I have spent three days trying to register an account and no confirmation is ever sent. Pressing the “Re-send confirmation” shows a message that says “try again in 10 minutes” wait 10 minutes and the same thing happens again. I was so excited about the device but will return it since the app is not working, can’t get anybody to help and it’s useless to have the computer with no where to save the information.
