App works well enough bar the few occasional bugs but it would be nice if it was updated to utilise the screens of iPhone X and later!

Worse App Ever

This App never works! Cant Sync any of my rides! Where is the negative Star Rating?

Does not work

I have now installed this app three times after finding today that the old app will not upload to strava. Each time after logging in to my account my home screen gets split down the middle and swapped to portrait mode but the app does not open. The app shows on the desktop but it does not work.

Display Sizing Issue

The app does not use the full Phone screen area. When viewing ride details more than once (iPhone XS Max on iOS 13.1.2), the view will scrunch up and leave big black bands at the top and bottom of the screen and the display area becomes very small.

This makes reading the details and viewing the map very difficult.

Easy to use and great customer support

I really enjoy using Bryton app with Rider 310. It’s quite smoothly linked with Strava and downloading data to my phone through this app is trouble-free. I also lost a component of the cadence sensor, which Bryton replaced without any hassle/fee. Would highly recommend the practical/competitive bike computer & app combo.

App crashes after iOS13

Unable to open the app after iOS13. I’ve tried everything including deleting app and reinstalling. Fix it!!!

km to mi

like the ability to change settings, but need ability to change for metric to imperial (km to mi).

On the results screen the weekly mileage is listed in km even though the units says”mi”. still not fixed.

Poor performance for the money

I always seem to be doing hard resets on my Bryton 410. Not happy about it and I’m seriously thinking about tossing it in the bin and buy a different, more useful and popular brand.
I use my Suunto gps watch in tandem with the Bryton 410 and I’m almost convinced the 410 is not as accurate as my watch.
The Bryton app of late has not even been opening. I’m not sure if it’s an Apple iOS problem or a Bryton problem but it used to work some moths ago, so now at last, I’ve reached the end of my patience.
In all fairness, I haven’t tried to contact Bryton about these problems because I’m not interested in no reply’s to emails or waiting on the phone (for X amount of time) and hearing the same old things that I have already done, eg, hard reset and reinstall app.
Even the shop I purchased the 410, was of absolutely no help to me. Only offered a hard reset on the device, not my money back. Disgraceful, considering the transaction was done through them and not at the Bryton factory.
I am so sure that once I remove the 410 from my time that I ride, I’ll enjoy the journey a lot more.
