I need a refund
Downloaded this app to get a picture of mine cartoonized. It was w basically $10 just to use the apps main interface. Then to get an actual picture cartoonized, it's another $10 for one of their "artists" to do it. They gave me a 3 day lead time and then I never ever got the end product. The fact that I'm going out of my way to write an App Store review is so telling of how very very awful this app is. In the future I'll use someone on Etsy to cartoon a picture for me. I'll probably get the picture back in two-days time instead of 3+ weeks.Show lessHc222313
Like everyone says - Absolute Scam
Thankfully, I cancelled the subscription almost immediately after I downloaded it. Also, I didn’t get anything asking me to buy “coins” or paying more than the original fee for the picture (which they never delivered). I did try to cancel the picture before the clock ran out, and the cancel button was there, but it didn’t cancel although the count-down clock disappeared…then the “status of my artwork” remained “submitted.”
I don’t know how you can have an app like this for 2 years when people are writing negative reviews right and left and all of us are saying the same thing. It’s pretty shameful of Apple to let it stay in the store and let people keep being charged for it.
Update: Apple gave me a refund. I opened a case and a few days later they agreed to refund it and about a week later the money was deposited back to my original payment method (apple wallet). I think I just wrote that I cancelled the purchase immediately and they never provided the in-app purchase I made. That seemed to do the trick. Good luck to everyone in their apple refund ventures.

SCAM
I paid and submitted a picture to get a cartoon drawn by of this app’s “artist”. I was supposed to get it in 4-5 days. It has been a week now and I haven’t get anything. I reach out to the customer service email and they haven’t reach out.

Do not buy or download this app. It’s a scam. You get a free 3 day trial but it tells you it takes about that to get the picture back. Therefore, you have to pay $9.99 for the monthly subscription in order to get the picture that you had to pay $9.99 for anyways. There’s also no contact information for them within the app and they don’t have a website, other than the privacy policy and terms and conditions. Paid for a picture, then paid extra for 12 hour delivery. 4 days later I’m told it is rejected. No sign of a refund and no way to even contact them to find out what’s going on.. can someone help me ?!Samuelwebster
Took my money
This app just rips you off and gives you nothing in return. I’ve paid them and sent a photo in it’s been at least two weeks and I paid for faster service. Wild. Can’t get ahold of anyone they just take your money and dip.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Stay away!
This is an absolute scam! How can apple still offer this on the App Store???? it seriously needs to be removed! You pay for the “free” 3 day trial, then after that it is $9.99. Well that trial gets you nothing…you have to pay an additional $9.99 for an “artist” to render your photo into a cartoon which takes LONGER than the free trail (they say about 5 days). Brilliantly scammy right there. Day 3, while you’re waiting for your art to come in, you’re charged the monthly membership. Then of course…NO ART WAS EVER MADE FOR ME AND IM OUT $20 AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!!
Maybe it used to be legit (it’s still 4 stars average…how???!). But now nobody is at the helm. It’s just collecting cash and giving nothing in return.Show lessjadasaint
