I wish I would’ve heard other negative reviews before paying for the subscription. They provide you with nothing I submitted the photo and have not received it even after choosing expedite and paying extra to have it done in time. I click on cancel but there’s no option to cancel, no help or support from this app.Show lesstamer313
Don’t buy, money taken, no image
I paid to have an image done, then paid for it to be done in 24 hours… that was two weeks ago and still absolutely nothing. There’s no way to contact them either. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS APP!Steve Knight

Never got my picture, no way to contact support.
I think this app is a scam. I submitted a photo and signed up for a monthly subscription after I didn’t receive the photo in a week (which was the projected time) and there is no way to contact support. I waited a month to give the benefit of the doubt but there is no contact information or way to ask for help - even when searching on a computer browser. Find a different app. This one is not worth giving a shot.Show lessjollykit

I paid for the premium service and ordered a cartoon and then paid extra to get a 12 hr turn around service. I was then notified that my picture would be provided to me 4 days later. I needed it for a specific date hence why I paid the extra money for the 12hr service. Still have not received the cartoon and it’s been 2 weeks! Absolutely terrible. This is a scam.
I had the expectation of signing up, submitting a picture, and getting a digital cartoon version back. I joined, paid for service, then upgraded the order for a faster turnaround to 12 hours by paying a premium. Weeks later, no work has been performed and there is no way to cancel, or recollect payment. Paid for a cartoon, weeks later.. still nothing
I paid for a cartoon rendering. I paid extra for a 12 hour turn around. I got nothing. No drawing and no way to complain via the app. I would avoid this I feel scammed and cannot find a way to get refunded.tgwells
Not worth it
The cartoon came back with different colour eyes and the dog in the photo remained being the photograph rather than cartooned. Unfortunately not a great app from the cartoon I receivedmarkcdddd
