Value-Add???
App is unintuitive with a handful of bugs leading to wonky UX. Functionality is inconsistent and illogical. Tech and customer support helpdesk is unavailable, or not helpful at resolving root cause issues. Users are blocked from same day cancellations and re-booking. Capacity is always incorrect, leading to errors in reporting over-booking where in reality there is under-booking.
If an app has literally faulty performance, why even roll it out to the market??

Constantly breaks
This app is the worst. And their busses are rubbish too.
This app constantly forgets login details - which is a pain when you’re sharing login details because they don’t have decent multi login support …. In 2024! I can’t. It CONSTANTLY breaks and errors with some generic error when booking trips. It’s the bane of our schools existence.

I went on the bus today at 7:15 to get to derne valley college and the driver was so rude to everyone that got on the bus, he didn’t know anyones name that borded and didnt ask for the pass but just put everone down as borded even the people that didnt get on but had booked, he was also driving quite roughly.

Unable to login
Need to sort the issue of the inability to log in as new users. I’ve tried multiple times and my colleagues have had the same problem since a week now.
Irresponsible and badly managed. Shocking
It’s unbelievably badly managed and not worth the risk and hassle. They have left my son unattended at 9 pm after training in freezing cold weather and I had to get out of my job to go and get my son home.
Another time didn’t show up at 5pm to take him to training and I had to get uber to take him to training which he was late for training. They are not bothered and they don’t care about it. When you call them they don’t even know what is going on or where the driver is even it has a GPS to track him.

App is slow, crashes, and doesn’t function
On multiple occasions I have had to ditch the app and log into to website for Zeelo because the app wasn’t letting me book my journeys. When I went online, it worked first time.
Another issue I have, is sometimes I’ll book a outbound journey and the app will populate the inbound journey with the same time as the outbound, but not let me choose an in bound time. It then won’t let me cancel so I have to close the app and go online to sort it out.
Very frustrating. I just use the online website now.

Well done, but room for improvement
Thanks for your services. Please, do well to improve on the health of your bus seats. Some of your seats are slant, chocks. Also, it would please us if you could either install phone charging ports in your buses. We at EMA3 have not experienced any. Regards.
