Need to sort the issue of the inability to log in as new users. I’ve tried multiple times and my colleagues have had the same problem since a week now.Akshyata24
Irresponsible and badly managed. Shocking
It’s unbelievably badly managed and not worth the risk and hassle. They have left my son unattended at 9 pm after training in freezing cold weather and I had to get out of my job to go and get my son home.
Another time didn’t show up at 5pm to take him to training and I had to get uber to take him to training which he was late for training. They are not bothered and they don’t care about it. When you call them they don’t even know what is going on or where the driver is even it has a GPS to track him.Show lessKing babak

App is slow, crashes, and doesn’t function
On multiple occasions I have had to ditch the app and log into to website for Zeelo because the app wasn’t letting me book my journeys. When I went online, it worked first time.
Another issue I have, is sometimes I’ll book a outbound journey and the app will populate the inbound journey with the same time as the outbound, but not let me choose an in bound time. It then won’t let me cancel so I have to close the app and go online to sort it out.
Very frustrating. I just use the online website now.

Well done, but room for improvement
Thanks for your services. Please, do well to improve on the health of your bus seats. Some of your seats are slant, chocks. Also, it would please us if you could either install phone charging ports in your buses. We at EMA3 have not experienced any. Regards.Chukky23
App is ok bus service appalling
They have added extra stops to an already existing and established school bus route which has caused massive delays and unnecessary stress to the school children arriving late to school every day.Etihad Airways
They don’t know what they are doing
As a school bus company app, they rlly don’t know how to make a route my child was always late to school and it is pretty confusing in how to get a pass. As a result of it being late, the school had to ask Zeelo to change to route and it is way earlier to get on the bus which is not nice and did not work out at all. :(Show lessK.y.r.a:)
Very poor for school bus service, might be ok for commuters
As a school bus service this app is poor in very specific ways. Booking irregular slots for more than one child is a pain. You can get either loads of emails lots of which are repetitive or nothing it seems. For younger children who do not have phones it’s really a nuisance to have took their rides. The app is clearly designed for an individual commuter not a multi child family.Show lessleddysfamily
