This app costs a significant outlay for a service that is not yet fit for purpose. In Apple Play mode you constantly have to refresh the screen to get charger location updates. This is very frustrating and inconvenient when driving. Availability of chargers is rarely up to date so is useless.
Also if you do add some feedback after a ‘check in’ to such as ‘more chargers here would be useful’, you get a snappy response that you shouldn’t be charging at such a location when busy! Not sure who made them the charging police. As a woman who drives on her own on long journeys I have to choose busier locations for security, not a pub car park with no lights! Just not very consumer friendly to respond like that.

Hello Rubelsa, thank you for your review. The vast majority of Zapmap's most useful features are completely free to use, and we are constantly working to make sure that our Zapmap Premium subscription plan provides excellent added value. In order to prevent inconsistent behaviour due to the limitations of the in-car interface and to improve the stability of the display when driving, the map view does not move automatically with the vehicle marker while using Zapmap in-car, but can be manually re-positioned to your present location using the on-screen control. Please note that responses from other members of the Zapmap community in the in-app chat are posted by other Zapmap users, and do not necessarily represent Zapmap policy or advice.
