Customer service does not answer or help me
I have called the customer service line for this app 3 separate times asking for my money back after the app incorrectly charged me for the first hour of charging when they offered a promotion of the first hour being free. Each time I called, the person I spoke to filled out a help “ticket” and then nothing ever happened after that. I’m still waiting for them to follow through. I don’t know why my issue keeps getting ignored.Show lessDeveloper Response

The app is great for finding a location around you but that’s about all. I receive regular notifications that there are new stations around me and yet there’s no way to see where they are!?!? Also what we really want is to use ONE app. Not one for location and another one to plan a road trip and another one to find food nearby and another to check the wind direction etc., and therefore it’s the one which does all that who will rise to the top.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello, if you click on the notifications of new stations it should show you exactly where the station is. If it doesn't please reach out to us at support@chargehub.com. I’ve been trying to map a trip. I pick a station it says it’s 90 miles from previous stop. That’s too short, pick the next one , it says that one is 260 miles from previous stop. When it’s obviously not 170 miles between those 2 stops!
It’s bad enough I have to guess what stop should be the right distance but when it just gives random info or losses track of the trip I’m planning it’s pretty useless.
This is so close to being very useful but it’s not there.
I should be able to put in a range and have it suggest stops that are within that distance automatically.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello, the trip planner will show you ever charging locations along your way and you do need to chose your stops and decide to add them or not and then on from there. Most people appreciate the option to see every available charging stations, not only stations that are at a certain distance. Many will add a plan B option to their original choice so it's important for them to see ever available stops.
