Regarding the surcharges, we understand your concerns. The $1.25 interoperability fee covers the costs associated with processing transactions, including network fees, app development, and maintaining the platform. For free chargers, this fee is primarily for ensuring seamless access and support across various charging networks. As for the $0.50 “international transaction” fee, this is unfortunately imposed by some banks or payment processors rather than by ChargeHub. We are actively looking for ways to minimize these additional costs for our users. We value your input and are always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
