Logging in never works it just sits at loading screen and then hardly works if I didn’t get the emails then I wouldn’t have my packages at all edit now I don’t even get alerts or anything at all for my packages this is by far a terrible service to useSevensquidz

The app is very easy to navigate. Also if I need help with packages, support is easily accessible in the storage room immediately through their system on the tablets._Chelsie__

Don’t confuse the one star
If Osama Bin Laden would have used Hello Package to deliver the directions to his compound, he would still be alive today, because no one would have found him. The whole idea may have sounded good in theory, in the same way that jorts for men probably sounded good in theory. Unfortunately, everyone is worse off for it. I’ve lost track of how many times receiving a package has turned into a chore. Half the time I don’t get notified that I’ve received a package, and I have to email a customer service rep just to get a temporary access code into the mailroom. Then, I have to sort thru my neighbors’ mail for 20-30 minutes just to find what’s mine…if it’s there at all. And when I do get notified, I can’t find the package anywhere because I’m told it’s already been picked up by someone else. The only reason I’m giving the servive one star is because customer service usually responds in a timely fashion. But it’s a shame I’ve had to go thru them as much as I’ve had to. Doesn’t load
I was told a package was picked up when I wasn’t even there to pick it up. And when I try logging on the app the screen just keeps logging me out over and over again so I can’t even view my account or anythingexpand-dong
Doesn’t work
The app worked once upon signing up, but never again after. It will just continuously load and never sign in. Just use the text notifications.SmexyKitty
Can’t login on app
Face ID quit working a while back. Now I can log in on the website but app tells me my email or password is not recognized at all. I even changed my password but still does not work.ImaBanana222
