Watch battery drain is unacceptable

My series 7 AW won’t hold its charge through 18 holes of golf.
If I start at 100% then it will barely make it but if you put it on in the morning and play after a few hours, it’s will run out of battery before you finish 18. Very disappointed.

Best free app

Love this app! The 3D hole images are very useful when playing a new course. I’ve tried the Apple Watch function too but prefer my shotscope as it gives the distance to front/middle/back whereas as far as I can see the Apple Watch only gives the distance to the middle. The phone app is absolutely brilliant though and is almost always reading the same distances as my shotscope which I trust. If you measure in yards make sure you change the settings as it’s in meters as standard, took me about 6 holes of coming up short to figure that out 🙄.

Best free golf app out there; may even be the best golf app out there. Very useful, and well-designed & executed.

Making it free is genius… their Jedi mind tricks worked on me… I actually ended up getting the watch because of the app! Well played Tag Heuer!

Cannot believe this is free

I was using golfshot for a while and it’s ok. (The horizontal card is really cool). However, this is far and away the best golf app I’ve seen. Distance to hazards and fairways is usually missing from other apps, not this one. The mapping is very very good. It’ll only get better too. Thanks.

Adding old rounds

Was looking to switch from 18Birdies to this but not sure if there’s an option to add previous rounds. App looks beautiful though!

Hello, thank you for the rating ! You can manually add your rounds in the TAG Heuer Golf app by adding your scorecard, but there is no possibilities to import your rounds from other apps. Looks Good, Simple to Use, Works Great

I tried all the popular golf apps and this was the only one I found simple, easy to use with just the functionality you need. No extra rubbish, no ads getting your in way.

I hope it stays like it is!

Question for current users

Does the app track GPS distances from the watch itself or does it actually do it from the phone? I’m looking for an Apple Watch golf app that I doesn't require me carry my phone in my pocket to get accurate distances on my watch. When I walk around wearing the watch I want the yardages to adjust as I’m walking even if I leave my phone in the cart.

Does the Tag Heuer Apple Golf Watch work that way?

Good app just a few things could make it great

As an amateur golfer this app does just about everything I would like it to do. Does take sometimes take a few goes to go my watch but my last outing I noticed that if you press and hold the watch face it will let you refresh so hopefully next time that will do it.

Course needs updating

Hi, I have just joined Stonehaven Golf Club and purchased the App to help me with the course and distances, however during my first round I found that the watch and where I was on the course differed. I checked with my playing partners who confirmed the layout has changed and some holes are now played in a different order! Is there anything I can do or could you please update the course details please. However the app is great on the holes that it recognises.

Great golf approach Apple Watch!

Love the ability to do flyovers and pick out trouble and where to safely hit. Way better than SwingU which I’ll now delete. The scoring is a bit clumsy and I wish it would prompt you better after each hole.
