Does a brief job but now worth the money wouldn’t buy this

It is gresat-but it is slower and hangs - awaiting response
I have writeen to Jon, as this is a beautiful app, with excellent choices of formatting captions/subtitles... however on my M1Max Macbook Pro with 32Gb Ram, it does not cope with videos more than about 5 mins, and then hangs, needing force quit, the subtitles do take much longer than say CapCut and then editing them is long winded. If the following improvements were mad it would be much better:
1. Deal with performance issues
2. provide simple way of editing captions/subtitles
3. Enable user to create a customer style that they can call up (for font size, colours etc)
4. Enable font size to be changeable with entering a number rather than small slider
These improvements would also mean a hugher oruce could be ok as it would be so good... I have written to Jon, and hopefully he will respond and attend to the issues as what is there would in my view be one of the best apps for this...

No Scrubbing?
Honestly it works pretty good and the price is perfect but there is no scrubbing feature so it doesn't allow me to go back and change specific words it might have gotten wrong.
The app is awesome other than that, will change to 5 stars once I can get the issue resolved.

Doesn’t work
I would be better off writing my captions myself. I’ve just wasted an hour trying to get this app to work. Once you make corrections, it just doesn’t work. I’ve given it a fair chance.

Don’t buy
You are scamming people out of their money and shouldn’t be selling a broken app. Shame on you. Can’t edit spacing and won’t even download the video after.
Tiny text and breaks
I really wanted to make my videos accessible. On a few videos it wouldn’t even process, but on every single clip I take the text, no matter the size and format I select, always comes out super tiny in the final product even if the preview in the app looks normal. Unusable and a waste of money until this is fixed

Won’t download
It has great voice recognition, and I like that I can’t change the font, point size, etc. But when I click to download it, it gets to 100% and locks. Nothing happens. I have tried it multiple times and with multiple videos. Waste of money and time.
