It looked great
But then failed to export the video with the captions... so disappointed because it looked EXACTLY what I was looking for.
I want my money back! Don’t waste your money on this.
Hi, I recently downloaded the app and every time I try to download the video to my phone it just stay on 100% in the screen. Like frozen and nothing else happens. I’m very disappointed, it is really a waste of time. I don’t understand how you charge money when the app still have so many bugs. I would like please to get my money back. Thank you.

Incredible unstable waste of time
This app constantly freezes or crashes and every time you think it will hold out long enough o complete a project it will crash again.
I tried for 4 hours to complete a 6 minute caption job and after about 7 crashes I finally finished it only for it to freeze on export and lose the entire project.
Really frustrating and a waste of time.

So I paid and nothing works?
Wow... I had high hopes and it did literally none of the things it was meant for. How do I get my money back?
Caption Positioning
This app would be perfect if you added the ability to move the caption around on the video. 3 dollars wasted.
Not user friendly and doesn’t capture correct words
Didn’t even look at the reviews...it didn’t get one word right. That part was actually comical. Where it didn’t become so comical was when I had to edit the entire video and it won’t let me change/edit where the words should pop up abs when. I had to delete the entire captioning so it started me at the end of the video. Then I tried to edit word by word, deleting the incorrect word and replacing it with the correct word to hold the spot. Still didn’t work.
It is NOT user friendly and I don’t understand way. Hoping I can get a refund, unsatisfied within 30 minutes of using this app.

Started out good...
As someone who really values accessibility, I was SO excited to be able to use this app after looking into many subtitle apps. I believe making materials accessible should be low cost so this app aligned with that. It started out great with short 30-40sec video captioning for Instagram stories; I had a few edits in words, but no major issues. Today, I’ve tried two different 2.5-3min recordings and both fail in the captioning process. I’m super disappointed because I don’t mind as much fixing basic errors but for it to fail completely?! I don’t even have the opportunity to fix.

Worst app purchase ever!
I have never been this disappointed in an app - ever. It’s completely unstable and unusable.
After trying unsuccessfully about 30 times to add captions to an 8m video, I give up.
This app crashes constantly and you can’t complete a project as a result.
If this app worked as advertised I’d gladly give it 5 stars - as is, don’t waste your time or money on it.
The developer obviously doesn’t care as the app hasn’t been updated in nearly a year despite the negative reviews!

Needs a lot of work
After reviewing the writing and changing it the writing started freezing on the video. Then I did it again and it froze while it was downloading the video. Every time I close the app I lose all the work. This is very frustrating.

I’m so disappointed in this app. I was happy at first to find a free app that added closed captions to videos. I do social media marketing for businesses and I have clients that love to do videos and since everyone’s looking at their phones nowadays and not using sound, closed captions are great to use! The first time I used the app, it was “so so”. I had to edit a few words, but I expect that to happen. The next time I went to use it, the audio kept glitching while I was trying to edit the captions, then it got stuck in one place repeating the same portion of the audio over and over and over and THEN it froze altogether!! I had to upload the video again, because I had no other option than to close out the app and then it doesn’t save any of your progress, anyway. Tried to edit again and the same thing happened. I have SOME patience, so I repeated the same process FOUR times before I finally gave up. Save yourself some time, frustration and headaches. Don’t use this app. I actually found another that does way more for video and the captions are prestine. Try “Mix Captions”. It worked like a charm!!
