From useful to useless
This app used to be great and work well with the camera however, the new updates have rendered it completely useless. since the new update, it’s only good for looking at their ads. originally you didn’t have to sign up or log into your own camera, however, when you try to sign up, it will not let you so the only way I can view my videos is by manually taking the memory card out and putting it in to a laptop, which is a major inconvenience from what I was used to. mind you half of the files are corrupted so the cameras themselves may be useless now also.Show lessThink.Back
Horrible
I agree with most here is saying the camera is great, but the app is a joke. I was recently in a minor incident and wanted to download the footage from the app for my insurance, but the app would not do work at all. It needs a lot of work. I ultimately had to take a video on my phone of the video and submit it that way. It’s only because I appreciate the dashcam that I’m not giving it a one-star rating. I’d give it a zero if I could. Good camera bad app
The camera is perfect. I love how it records the front inside and back. I routed all the wires, especially the adhesive clips that hold the wires. The only downside is you have to sit in the car connect to the devices Wi-Fi to view your footage, but then takes 35 minutes for the video. If I have gotten into an accident and the cops want my footage, it will take me a while for them to even get to see it overall the camera is amazing just The app is horrible. That is why I gave a three out of five stars.Show lessadan cohen
