    I was so excited when I got this app, I thought that I finally had an app where I could do meditation. But then I realized I had to pay. It would be nice to have a free meditation app.
  • It doesn’t work

    Since I payed for the app it keeps loading and loading. I wrote an email and they were supposed to fix it, but it’s been a week and it is still loading.

  • Absolutely amazing!!!

    I’ve started using this app recently and I really enjoy it! I like it a lot so far and it has made meditation so much simpler and more enjoyable for me. The instructor’s voice is very soothing and helps me relax right away. I also really like the look of the app and its simplicity, it’s very easy to use and the meditation topics are really cool. The sessions vary from 5 to 30 mins which is perfect for me. If I’m really busy that day, I’ll try a 10 min meditation and if I have more time, I will try a longer one. I’ve found it incredibly helpful in lifting my mood and has really calmed my anxiety. I’ve started to become more positive, which is something that was missing in my life. Overall, this app is awesome, it’s really worth the money and you won’t regret it! 💙

  • Happier Mind

    This app offers an abundance of meditations and relaxation sessions on personal growth, self esteem, loving kindness, self compassion and has helped me reduce stress and improve my sleep. It’s very easy to follow and a user friendly application. I enjoy the sleep and the couples meditations and I use it every day. I highly recommend getting the yearly subscription and you can easily integrate it with your daily routine. I have noticed feeling better in general and less stressed right away!

  • Exactly what I needed!

    Doctors and therapists are now recommending and prescribing meditation in order to improve health, and so I wanted to meditate for quite a while now, but never been consistent with this. I downloaded this app and I have to say, this is exactly what I needed. It contains short 10 min meditations and longer ones and has made a huge impact in my life so far. I find myself feeling more calm and I look forward to sitting comfortably and giving myself that self care I need. I started doing the health and fitness meditation sessions and have been making changes involving my diet and exercise. Ten minutes later, I feel so centered and grateful for all the good things in my life. I’m very appreciative that someone has made such an amazing app that will help people decrease their stress and raise their feelings of joy and happiness. I can’t thank you enough A Happy Mind!! 🙌

  • Most important part of my day!

    I know that each person has their own routines, but for me this app has become “the most significant part of my day” and I highly recommend A Happy Mind app!! I struggle with being able to let go of things that stress me out, but when I meditate, I’m able to find comfort, peace and serenity again. I also find it difficult to fall asleep sometimes, and the sleep sessions have really made a huge difference and I can relax and fall asleep a lot faster than before. I also really love the music and the nature sounds, they feel very soothing to my overactive mind! I typically meditate in the evening which is when I need it the most to be able to let go of my stress that was accumulated during the day and in the weekends I try to meditate in the morning, which makes me feel like I’m starting the day on the right foot. Honestly, there’s no excuse not to use the app, DOWNLOAD today to feel better and have a happier and healthier life!!! 🙏

  • Wonderful!

    This app is a life saver! I have a lot of stress in my life and anxiety and this app has really helped me manage my symptoms and my stress levels. I use in at night before bed and it helps me let go of my worries and fall asleep faster. The music is incredible and relaxing. I also use in the morning sometimes to feel more positive and grateful and start the day with the right mindset. I’m really grateful for this app, it has made a huge difference in my life!! I also like that it’s a lot more affordable than the other apps out there! Thank you A Happy Mind!❤️

  • Love the meditations!

    These meditations are life changing! I have noticed quite an improvement in my mood in general in such a short amount of time. I feel a lot more relaxed and peaceful when I try to meditate. Some of my favorites include resilience, releasing anxiety, deep relaxation, enhancing relationships, sleep and the health ones. I have made changes in my diet and started exercising more ever since I tried these meditations. I also love the music, it’s super relaxing and calming. I enjoy meditation now, it’s totally worth it and this app is really affordable! I’m very thankful that I found this app! Thanks A Happy Mind ❤️

  • What a great resource!

    I initially downloaded this app for the meditation music which is truly amazing, but then I tried the guided meditations and the content is truly incredible! Lots of great Free options and new recordings are being released every month. You can find everything from breath work and mindfulness practices to creative hypnotherapy and visualization. Topics also range from improving health, relationships and wellbeing to finding happiness, and manifesting success. I’ve found some really great meditations that I try every week. I feel more centered and able to deal with stress while still enjoying my life and my journey. Thank you!

  • The Best Meditation app

    I started using A Happy Mind a while back. I’ve tried many others, but this one is my favorite! The recording quality is excellent, it’s almost as though someone is sitting right next to you and the sound of the voice is very soothing. The background music is absolutely amazing, it relaxes me right away! I also like that this app offers both short and long meditations from 5 mins to more than 30 mins. Sometimes you only have a few minutes that day and I like listening to a shorter session. Also, this app offers a variety of topics, another reason why I like it, for wellbeing, feeling happier, health and fitness, relationships, abundance, relaxation, sleep and so much more! It’s not only helpful to “calm your mind” but also releasing and letting go of any emotion that is holding you back.
