Orient is a third class company selling cheap Chinese products with their packaging this app doesn’t work at all. I cannot add my ac in it and the app keeps crashing. Do not buy orient products. They are very cheap and lousy. Made in China labelled as Pakistani

Worst App
Totally useless Either server is offline throughout the year Or the app doesn't connect to device All other brands Gree, Haier etc have simple one touch intuitive connection & functionality. Useless paying extra for WiFi enabled appliances when you can't use it.
The App is just as worst as the products, after sales & customer service of Orient Pakistan.
In 2024, still the same. You can't even add Orient WiFi enabled devices to Mevris. Keeps giving error. Needlessly complicated process app which still doesn't work at all.

Pathetic App Pathetic Company (2024 Update)
