I needed to do a one-off mirror of my screen and it worked fine aside from a few occasional display glitches. There is an advert every few minutes but this is the free version.Jamiejonks

Please also try to move your wifi access point (or router) nearer to your receiver device and your sender device to improve the signal. (2) Please make sure that the energy-saving mode of your phone is not activated. This can lead to incorrect transmission. (3) With high-resolution media, there may be missing frames during the transfer. Please try to lower the resolution of the media in such cases. (4) Please try to turn off both your smartphone and your Cast device completely (pull the plug) and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. (5) Please update your iOS device to the latest iOS version, as the Screen Mirroring apps runs much more stable on iOS Version 13.+. Please let us know if any of this solutions work for you. Don’t get me wrong. I accept free apps have ads, but the way the ads are integrated make this the most unusable app I have ever tried. In addition its laggy and, as the ads prevent normal use of the app, maybe Should have included the pro version features so could be assessed to see if I might buy it. The mirroring will continue after about ten seconds. Please note that the Pro app edition provides you an ad-free experience and enables the audio feature. It’s a shame the promo asking to upgrade appears so often. A reply to an earlier review said sound was now working but it looks like I have to pay for the pro version for that.
The connection seems to drop out often also.

Annoying
Every minute you cast you have an annoying 10 second pop up which just gets very frustrating on top of that half the time it buffers so badly you can’t enjoy any video you play because half of the time it’s skipping the other half it’s stuck. I recommend downloading the mirroring app that simply says “chrome cast” it works much better.Show lessapplex.revstar
Cannot Mirror
I tried this this app because I needed to mirror the screen of my iPad to my ChromeCast. The only thing it did is showing an advertisement (on the iPad screen, not the TV screen) and asking me to pay $2.99 for upgrading to the “Plus” version. Meanwhile the TV screen shows a frozen snapshot of the iPad screen or solid green. I don’t feel inclined to pay for the privilege to test the “Plus” version.Show lessHeart of Gold!
Is nice but...
This is a cool app, and I enjoy broadcasting to my tv. My main problem is it’s super glitchy for games, and it has too many ads. They only last about 30 seconds, but they come every minute and a half. Please make it free with no bugs and no adsIsabelly528

A big sellout
This app works, yes. But there is no audio put into the tv. No issue for me.
The main issue is is that it’s begging me to buy its premium pro feature so there is no ad. There are other apps that can do a better job than this sellout of an app. And every few minutes it will stop broadcasting just to advertise the premium pro feature.
