Hi I was really enjoying the game, I’ve paid for it and have the same problem with the first aid kit. When you go to press on it, which should enlarge it so you can do something to open it, it does nothing, even though it has the plus sign….refund please or fix it..thanks

Can you tell my why I carnt get into the first aid kit don’t matter what I do it just won’t let me in so I would like a refund so I can play another game then come back to this when you have fixed it Very disappointing

Mystery !!

So, I paid £3.99 for hints, used my first one and the game has stuck in one of the police rooms!! ( pink game on the wall) Not pleased as that’s not far into the game and I now can’t continue after paying!!!

Bugs

Paid for the game as I had enjoyed it but found there is a bug that is stopping me opening the medical box. Please fix urgently or give me a refund.

Do not buy this game

I’ve been looking at reviews and it seems like this game has a glitch in it that hasn’t been fixed for over six months. I cannot get the medical kit to open like many other complaints listed here. I want my money back, please! The game is at a standstill and I paid good money to finish it. Please advise. We tried rebooting, playing the game from the beginning again, you name it. This is very frustrating. Please refund my money ASAP.

First aid kit

I have brought this game but the first aid kit won’t open to revive the security guard. It looks like other people are having the same issue, please fix this or refund me.

I paid for to unlock this game and can’t get any further! I have never had an issue with these games before but I’m not happy about wasting money!

Problem with medikit

I’ve reached the point where I need to open the medikit and it’s just not working. I’ve played all your games and this is the first time I’ve had a problem!

I can’t get the first aid kit to open so that I can put the pieces in, the plus sign is green instead of red please help I just paid for the game and I would like to play it. Thank you for any help I can’t rate the game if I can’t play it.
