  • The worst

    I really don’t get the purpose of this app because it does not do what it’s intended for. It does not give notifications when the bus is moving, or when it’s close to the stop. The map only works about 10% of the time, so I can’t even track the bus that way. It’s not “cellular data or gps” signal being lost because I live in a full coverage area. There really is no point in this app if it does not work properly!!

  • Not consistent

    I will stop receiving notifications randomly for days, then will start receiving them again. There is zero reliability with this app. The idea is great, but way too many reliability concerns.
  • Absolute rubbish

    This app is highly unreliable and super frustrating. It always reads more information will become available as the school bus gets closer, but never updates any information even after the school buses already come and gone and my kids have missed. Their bus notifications are never on time or even show up at all to Let me know where my children are at.

  • Waste of time.

    It doesn’t notify you when it’s supposed to. It’s has wrong data. GPS on bus location is basically nonexistent.

    Yesterday I got alerts that My kid was picked up. He wasn’t even at school. Today it kept saying the bus was in route and showing it in a different neighborhood. He missed the bus.

    Uninstalling. This app is useless.

  • Buggy App

    This is a glitchy app that hardly ever loads or show both of my kids. It also does not update well to show where the bus is. I’m surprised so many districts are using this with how bad it works.
  • Buggy and inconsistent App

    App Is very inconsistent and always gives me update about my child’s bus 45-50 minutes after the fact that my kids has left for school.

    I am a developer myself and I can’t believe how buggy this app is and how it was published and being used by public schools with so many issues with it.

    Please get it together and fix these bugs and inconsistencies.

  • Terrible App

    This app rarely works. It worked for maybe a week. It’s very inconsistent. For the past month it shows the bus parked at the school and never moves. My husband and I don’t receive updates or notifications.

  • Barely works

    This app was supposed to help my kids know when to leave for the bus as well as for me to know where they are along the route. My best guess is it works 20% of the time. Often my daughter is home but the app shows her bus a mile away. At the same time my son is on his way home but it doesn’t even say he’s on the bus. Very frustrating. I hope the district did not pay a lot for this app.

  • Unreliable

    Every 30 seconds the map switches between 2 screens. One that shows the correct bus location and one that seems to be where the bus started. Also, the notification of whether my child is ‘on’ or ‘off’ the bus flips back and forth from ‘on’ to ‘off’ at the same time the map is flipping back and forth. It’s definitely a quirky app. From the reviews it seems like the developer just blames the “connection” instead of trying to solve the issues with the app. If it were easy to sync my child back to my phone I would uninstall and reinstall the app but we all know syncing your child to your account is a cumbersome process and not worth the risk of waiting until next year to get my students code.
