  • Poor execution

    This app works when it wants to. It kicks me out frequently so I have to get a new passcode & log back in. When I do it half works. It works for 1 kid but reports nothing on the other.

    It’s super annoying since the kid I need to view gets on the bus by their self and it won’t show me anything. No movement, no warnings about how close the bus is.

    The other kid it works fine but I don’t really need that info since I put them on the bus.

    It’s frustrating & there’s no way to report issues. You click the report button in the App Store, log in only for it to tell you reporting isn’t available.

    It’s a nice tool in theory if you can ever get it to work.

Since you are able to see information for one student and not the other, this points to an issue with the school system data.   • Does not work correctly!!

    I have signed upProperly. I have activated my child’s school. My children scan their fobsEvery time they get on and off the bus. I do not receive any notifications, even though I have it set up in the app to receive all notifications. There is a significant delay in tracking, and I cannot see where the bus is in relation toIt’s actual path, which makes the app useless. One afternoon, I had the app open and was watching the bus to see when my children would be dropped off. The notification that the bus was at the drop off spot came 10 minutes after my children arrived in the door, which is a good five minute walk from my house. So, they had been off the bus for 15 minutes before the app reported that they had gotten off the bus. I would like to see this app updated with the bugs removed, notifications popping up, promptly and appropriately, and then I will re-review and potentially provide a better score. But as of this time, the app is useless sitting on my home screen.

  • How is this even an app?

    If multiple people complain that the app is not working because we can’t even get a code sent to us, why is this even an option for schools to use. Either fix the app or replace it with one that will work.

  • Defective App

    Never sends a code for you to register/log in. I enter my email address and phone numbers that I have on file with my child’s school district several times and still no code. This app is defective.

  • Poor

    Who designed this a middle schooler? Spell check would have made this app at least look legit. And why is there no support for when the app does not send a code to the phone or email. I know what I sent my school district and transportation office for contact information. Generate the code already.
