Why is there only a handful of products available??
As a customer of Big Bear I am frustrated that they always run promotions (10, 20, 30% off if you order on the app ) and when you try the app you only see a small handful of products vs going into their stores and finding hundreds. Definitely feel it’s a rip off to ask customers to save by ordering online and then offering next to nothing for them to order.

Inaccurate inventory
This app historically has been great, but last few months the inventory shows “none available” for items the store has in stock. Very frustrating that I have to call the store and have them change my order…

Had a lot of issues attempting to add my card on file, entered and saved my info and it acted like it was frozen. Same with my other information; just refused to save..

Don’t know why it should take 2 hours to go less than 2 miles!
