Stuck on Login Page
I tried to get in but the passcode it said on the parents account for children, it didn’t work. I tried the second time but change the password, didn’t work. Now I try to get inside the parents account, there is an error. Try the second time, error. Plz fix this. This is really annoying.

Got this for my son, worked great for a little while then they made a mistake with funds transferring, I have it in writing from them, they were going to refund the money (a few hundred) and never did. Son can’t use card even though there’s $80 on it. They won’t correspond, only automated responses with no follow up.

Good but there is one major problem
It’s a good app and has rlly helped with pocket money but there is one major issue. Every time you go into the app you have to get a password to log in. The password changes every time and you need to get it from your parents. They have to go into the app in their phone and get the password and show it to you. It’s annoying and time consuming and sometimes your parents are in the car or something and they can’t give you the password. I understand how it’s supposed to be safe and all, but I think it would be better to have a set password, or none at all (for opening the app, not all the time). It would just be really helpful if this feature was removed or changed to make it much easier to check your balance or transfer some money.

Clunky, everything hard
It’s sort of does what you need it to do. But it’s really hard to navigate, log in, and edit things. Kids find it hard too. If I had my time again, I’d just set up normal bank accounts and regular transfers. Fees are high for what you get.
Improvements needed
The major fault in this service is that the child cannot check and managed their money (without parent consent). A card like this should allow the child to view their balance and teach them that they can only spend what they have on their card, but they can’t actually do that. The child has to ask the parent for a one off password each time they want to open the app on their device. This is not convenient for a parent who works or is driving at the time. The app should be updated to allow the child freedom to check their balance and safely teach them about spending money. Until such improvements are made ... this is pretty pointless.

When I try to make an account on the website it says my phone number isn’t 10 digits?
Log in issues
I’ve just downloaded the app to get a feel for it! And so far logging in has been a pain. And trying to get into the kids account is impossible as it’s saying wrong passcode..
The idea of the card is cool but it’s hard to get into the accounts people might end up using actual bank accounts.

Glitchy
It’s constantly glitching on me! One minute I can get into my parent account then the next minute the email and password I used five minutes ago is apparently wrong. Also have trouble getting into my child’s account as it says my details are wrong their but no way to change them to be able to get in?!
