Dialogues can be viewed both by channel and by individual manager. • And another small improvement - we added a filter by tags to the “Tasks” section.

    Очень не хватает отправки заказа в службу доставки, работы с чатами, просмотра и отправки почты в заказе и выставление счета через яндекс.кассу

    eeremeev, спасибо большое за Ваш отзыв. Отправку в службу доставки мы не планировали делать, так как там много подводных камней. Работа с чатами и Я.кассой уже находится на проработке в отделе аналитики. А отправка почты уже реализована и вы можете ей пользоваться, она реализована в карточке клиента.
