Bought a Hikmicro M30. The infrared thermal image alone looks fine. The problem I started having with the product was the firmware and software side of things (things like the microphone communication feature between the M30 and the app feedbacks no matter what you do, even lowering the volume to its minimum, which defeats the purpose of that feature, does not help) seems being rushed out (hopefully you will update it and sort out all sorts of silly problems like this). The Hikmicro Viwer App itself, it’s a hit and miss trying to use the slide to move any video forward or backwards. More often then not it slides to the next video instead of just forwarding it. Can be solved so easily by making the slide sensitive area a bit bigger and yet. This makes me want to return the product. I WILL NOT RETURN IT FOR THE TIME BEING BUT PLEASE DEDICATE A TEAM TO MAKE YOUR SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE FEATURES UP TO NORMAL STANDARDS. Waiting for any welcome updates. Another silly thing, the M30 will not send files through Bluetooth nor WiFi if you save your files within the device itself.. i am guessing it will only allow you to transfer it via USB connection ( Not taking it for granted at this point) or perhaps by only physically removing the mini SD card and using an adapter. ALSO SUGGESTION: will it be possible to make the manual temperature range on a slider form and more responsive with visual feedback?…it’s hard to work with it as it is right now.. if you click if increases/decreases the temperature by 0.1 increments and if you hold the button it make huge jumps with no visual feedback as to what the result will be. Only after releasing the button you can see that the colour range will be. Also move it to the left side of the screen as the right side looks crammed when you add your finger to the screen blocking the view to the numbers. I AM NOT SURE I AM MAKING MYSELF CLEAR AS ENGLISH IS REALLY NOT MY FIRST LANGUAGE BUT I WANT TO LIKE THIS PRODUCT. You could just take your own cameras to the field and test them like a normal professional would to find out what could be improved. Would also be nice to add the ability to dial in the amount of optical (visible light) during fusion mode. There’s a few other things , but as I said if you care for your product, give it a spin on the field and improve where you see fit
