Extremely disappointed
I ordered food to my house with a bike thinking that it was close to the restaurant and I made sure I had the location right (the location was written out explicitly btw) but the app decided to send the driver an hour away - BY BIKE- might I add- and the representative on the phone had the audacity to say “you can pay him extra for the trouble if you want to” instead of apologizing for the mistake

Yesterday the deliverer delivered me what I didn’t order plus I payed extra I realized the order wasn’t correct after I payed got back in and the the office number wasn’t working when I called got bad experience and a lot of slow delivery’s

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked to cancel order. Never using this app again.

I waited for more than one and half hour also I paid for motorcycles delivery and the guy brought it walking, this is so disappointing

It literally took them 2:30 hrs to deliver a burger from a restaurant near by!!! Other delivery services are much faster than that. Plus they don’t have a cancellation policy once u place the order(on the app)! The only way to cancel the order was through a call.

Worst option
Zmall has been the worst option for delivery now a days they will take 3hours for delivery i have started using beu for their fast and reliable service

Not like before
You receive your order in like 2 hours and it’s all cold and all. Plus most times the delivery guys don’t even update you on the status of your order. For example it’ll say the driver is heading to the restaurant and it’ll stay that way for like 2 hours.

Yet another Ethiopian business suffering from success. Clearly understaffed, orders are always late and can’t even get through to their call center to get basic info for your order. Do better!!!
Not reliable
I’ve been a customer of Zmall since it started and been using it everytime I’m im Addis and while it was a good in the beginning, the service has been the worst lately. An order is taking longer and longer and now it has become Normal to wait over three hours for one order. By the time the food gets delivered it’s stale and packaging is almost always ruined and the customer service doesn’t seem to care about how late an order is or how damaged the food is. It’s very disappointing to see what was once a promising delivery service go this bad.
