Store munchie doesn’t have the order
The app accepted the order and said the store had it after doing the check and then as always here in Ethiopia they don’t have it. Poor service and worse customer support

The last two orders have been Horrible.
Todays orders came took more than two hours even that is after I made 22 calls … I ordered delivery via car for speed it was delivered in bicycle and I was still charged as if it was delivered via car. I put note stating no chilli sauce, no onions and no pickles . It came with onion, pickles and worse was very hot with extra chilli.
Call center wouldn’t pick up phone to update the status , system said driver reached store after an hour and it got stuck there with no update .
I was a user of ZMall but I will never order again. I guess your service has gone bad and u are not doing anything to fix.

Late, Wrong delivery
The food took 1:30 to come and when it came the whole order was wrong, I don’t even know how they can mess up this bad. I’m moving to another app!

I had to wait more than 2 hours for my food to be delivered for the second time but the person who delivered the food apologized he was excellent but it’s the last time I order from here

My recent experience with ZMall was absolutely terrible , I placed order , paid online and got cancelled after I called numerous time to check to their call center in which they are very rude and unhelpful, and also second order from their recommended location also got cancelled after waiting 2 hours , please mind I get this update after I called numerous time again to reach their call center. I know the issue is due to lack of much competitors but till then I suggest using deliver addis, I am getting better service with deliver addis to be honest lately.

I try 2 times the first one 1 hour the second one is the worst order time 7:31 arrived at 9:39 almost 2 hours and they didn’t apologize so try yours
