Consistently unreliable
I have used zmall on and off for the last 5 months. Most orders are late, and some orders aren’t even processed despite you waiting more than hour and the order being confirmed. The telebirr prepaid option works about 50%. Unfortunately, if a more competent competitor comes in, nothing is likely to change either poor service. Worst ever, took forever
Waiting for more than 3 hours, delivery guys lies about his location he mentioned a location 5 mins away from me and took him 40 mins to get to me on a Sunday evening which has no traffic, their service is terrible.Surafelbm
