A very slow customer service
I ordered food 3 hours ago, But the driver isn’t even here yet.it’s almost past dinner time and there is no button to cancel the request.
To your notice it’s not even raining and there is nothing that can possibly delay the delivery.
Plus as I checked the driver on the driver tracker and he is way far from the pickup place and his destination. I think they do other deliveries while there are pending ones.
