Service going downhills
I was a loyal customer until recently when they failed to deliver my orders correctly. My food was cold and took over an hour and a half to arrive. I had to call twice to get a delivery driver.baker2020gold
Terrible Experience with ZMall Delivery Service
My recent experience with ZMall's delivery service was absolutely terrible. After waiting for two hours, my order was canceled, leaving me and my guests without food for an important dinner party. The promised refund was in the form of a token, which I couldn't even use due to technical issues with the app. The customer service team's attitude was rude and unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. ZMall needs to improve their reliability, functionality, and customer support immediately. Way better than Deliver Addis !
I had 3 orders in a row cancelled by Deliver Addis even after taking there recommendations on where they had available drivers to deliver my order they are reliable

Poor service, More than 5hour delivery time.

Late delivery
It took more than 1 hour to deliver food with in 2.5km. Not so good. BeU delivers in 35min max. You should consider to deliver very fast than the others or atlest like them.Lidloyal

Can’t register
