Very challenging game to keep your brain thinking.
I played this game decades ago and decided to take it up again. Can be a challenge at first, but after time you begin to figure out patterns for some parts in the game. Other areas you really need to think it through, but theres always a solution. The game does provide hints if needed. Sometimes all it takes is one square to break the field open and complete the game. The campaigns are awesome! I’m halfway through the expert campaign (1,000 games). After each game it lets you know the percentage of people who have gotten that far since beginning the campaign. Even halfway through only 8.5% of those who began have made it that far. Will take a lot of time, but I will complete it. Keep your brain active! Do something that actually makes you think!Show lessBrainiac2112

Normal minesweeper game with options to change size and skill level. Clear graphics and you can zoom in/out. You can also usefully step back a move on making a mistake without the game stopping. My only complaint is it can’t count! It always shows one mining remaining, and sometimes two 2, at the end of the game. It would be nice if there were a few seconds pause between the last move and the adverts appearing instead of instantly closing the current game.Show lessNeverausten

Hello Neverausten! Thanks you for your review. The counter at the top left part of the screen is not a mine counter, but a flag counter. At the beginning of the game, you have a number of flags equal to the total number of mines on the field. Maybe this could explain the anomaly you are seeing? Minesweeper GO supports minefield sizes up to 100x100. It can be changed in the game options by selecting custom game type. Options button is on the first game screen.Developer needs to upgrade scale to fit iPad mini 6

Hi optiminium, I'm sorry for your unsatisfactory experience on iPad. I'm the sole developer on this project, and there are a lot of tasks that have to be done. Another impediment is that there has been a war in my country for almost 2 years, and there are many distracting problems associated with it.Good game but don’t waste money
I paid for the guess free mode and have yet to have a game I don’t need to guess. Total waste of money. I’ve been playing this game for decades so I’m am 100% certain logic ain’t gonna cut it and I have to guess.40+mom

Hello 40+mom , thank you for your review! It's true that in guess free mode you don't need to guess. No guessing games can be as challenging as classic ones. There are several advanced techniques exist for solving subtle cases, such as mathematical contradiction method or the mine counting method. There are still a few examples in puzzles where the 50-50 functionality still corners you into a 50-50 guess. I’m disappointed this was not more thorough and the analysis of non-50-50 puzzles.Cbghjj

However, Minesweeper GO offers a Campaign mode with over 1000 guess-free levels, no more any 50\50. Additionally there is a paid option to enable the generation of guess-free levels.Some ads are uncloseable

Please add win % capabilities
This game has so many stats for each game of play but I wish it also has easily accessible stats on your win % and how many games vs wins you have. I like to try and keep my win percentage above 50% when playing and don’t have a way to track that on this app. If you added this the game would be darn near perfect.Show lessrelright

Just a few things
Please let us turn chord off for online tournaments and also the death match option for tournaments is grayed out (even though it still works). Also I would love to see some more themes! Also the “rate this game” button shows up way too much with the campaign.mrb731

This is by far the best minesweeper app ever. Good interface, lots of options. Puzzles that will make you rethink how you play the game. And a great tournament mode. Addicted to this app in a good way!T——
