Finally a competent scheduling app
I needed this app ten years ago. Finally here. An app that is able to determine my availability based on my google calendar— seamlessly!
One suggestion: PLEASE make it easier to render oneself “unavailable” using the iPhone app. As it stands, doing this requires about 4 moves, none of which are entirely intuitive.

Almost has it all, but falls at the last fence
Possibly the easiest booking manager to use (and there are a lot of them). It syncs both ways with google and iCloud calendar services and hours for each service are super configurable yet in a way that is intuitive. Doesn’t have its own charge facility but you can link Stripe or PayPal.
Unfortunately this does not link to the Facebook “Book now” button (you can add a link to an action button but that is going to lose you a lot of sales).Show lessSkyfawn

I’ve been using Calendly for about a week now and it has made organizing my life soooo much easier. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to take the stress out of scheduling meetings. An amazing upgrade to my current customer service regimen.
I started toying with Calendly a few weeks ago. I have gradually gained more knowledge and have used it more as a tool. I have to say that I'm very impressed. I'm a lawyer and am on the phone with clients all day. I usually have a list of calls and I simply go down the list and call people. Now, those people may be shopping or relaxing with their family or their doctors appointment so my calls may come at inopportune times. Calendly adds a level of professionalism that lets them choose the date and time of the appointment and be prepared. I think it's a great add-on. The interface is very professional and can be customized with your own logos, etc. I truly love this app and encourage everyone to use it.Show lessBrianaweekley

No autocorrect is infuriating on mobile
The scheduler is frustrating as it keeps allowing people to make appointments despite me confirming multiple times I blocked out specific days. The app is absolutely maddening as well trying to reschedule meetings without autocorrect. I have to carefully type responses to prospects to avoid massive errors from typing on mobile. Completely nonsensical to have this be an issue with the app being developed for so long.Show lessHappyLandlord

Managing this app is a complete nightmare and far too time consuming.
The only thing this app is good for is a person that uses it for themselves. Another user sent me a Calendly link. After setting a time with them, I then had to write it down, then go to my calendars to input the meeting. Way too inefficient. I hate to rain on the happy parade, but I obviously just don’t get all the hype. Total pain.Show lessUSKarter
Love the app
It’s a great companion app. Love the ability look up upcoming appointments. But also create and update events. Only gripe I have is I wish the events displayed in the same order as they appear on the web.Jin-oh Choi
Unknown Error Occurred — Every time. Unusable.
I enjoy the ease of Calendly across the web (although I wish it had the Instagram integration like its competitors). Now, the mobile app seemed like a great addition, however I’ve yet to be able to use it though. Every time I open, the app’s almost completely blank and it just shows “Unknown Error Occurred” — whelp…please figure it out. The app is useless to me. It’s been 2 weeks and this does not work on my iPhone XS.Show lessB Charles W
