Exactly the amount of intrusive it needs to be
Great app, it does exactly what it says. It will give you 2 alerts 20 seconds apart every 20 minutes so you can rest your eyes from screen strain. The notification noise is certainly striking and I find it annoying sometimes but it does the trick, and if I want to turn it on silent, the phone still buzzes loudly enough to notice. I would like this as some kind of desktop app honestlyCatTheRainbow
Wish it was aware of when the phone is off
Great for what it says when you’re actively using your phone. However I constantly got notifications on my watch even when I wasn’t l actively using my phone. Had to uninstalldmleong

I was looking for a 20-20-20 app and the first one I tried was okay but had some features locked behind a purchase then another had several ads. Third time I got this and it works like a charm! No ads, just a simple 20-20-20 timer.
Can’t believe people are trying to monetize such a basic app that’s essentially just a timer. I’m glad the creator of this app seems to have just done this for the health of others rather than wanting to make money off of.A is # 1
Worked perfectly

This app really is helpful. I feel a lot better if I take the 20 seconds to look away from the screen and also stand up so I don’t end up sitting for hours straight, but I don’t remember to do it on my own so the app is great.ERINgobraugh:)
