  • Terrible App

    App freezes and becomes unusable in the middle of service. Do not recommend.
  • Much slower than upserve ever was.

    Inputting items have delay. Everything is choppy, and the systems are always failing at least once a month.
  • Double transactions on cc

    We are facing issues on duplicated transaction on cc.
    So far support was totally useless.
    Is it happening to any other restaurant?

    This system is about as good as the support personnel. I repeatedly told to do the same steps that never amount to a fix. Do not use this product.
  • Nothing works

    This app is absolute garbage. The previous version worked fine enough. We can tell that the team working on these things has never worked in a restaurant or bar. The app is slow, it constantly times out, all of the features are buggy, and they added a ton of unnecessary new things which are a huge waste of time. I could go on and on, but the dev team I have been talking to since they rolled this out, has not fixed one issue. Just scrap this app, and go back to the V2!

  • Terrible!

    After 8 years using Upserve time to change, bad service the new app it’s very inefficient
  • Makes it harder to run a restaurant

    Seems like a printer or screen glitch every 5-10 minutes. I’m busy running around the restaurant fixing Upserve issues rather than focusing on my guests. Never had a system this bad in my 15 years of restaurant experience. Also customer service has gone downhill since the pandemic.
    Can’t get ahold of anybody when you need them most.

    Long wait times, failure to process AMEX cards through new app with no solution in sight. Support goes in circles. Everyone is friendly but it must be frustrating for staff not to have answers.
  • Absolutely terrible!

    I can’t believe company issued a new version and didn’t test it properly before forcing customers to switch to it. Customer support after 4 hour wait was completely useless and incompetent and suggested we need to take pictures (what ???) of all the issues we have. Like we have time to do their job awhile running busy restaurant. What a fiasco! Huge fail! Trying to look into switching to someone else after many years with Upserve

  • Awful awful bad service, technology

    Waited over 6 hours on hold to talk to someone. This new update made my 3 iPads obsolete. Purchased iPad mini with cc reader and it’s a joke. Seriously thinking of going with Toast or Square. I have been with Breadcrumb for over 14 years and since lightningspeed took over made things so worse. Call anytime the wait time increased from few minutes to hours. It was over 6 hours today. No body can run restaurant like this.
