This app is so fake
I originally got this app because I lost the TV remote I tried searching it up and this popped up however it looks real it is not. I looked at the first review and it was a good one and then after I got it I looked at the rest and they were horrible and then I searched this up again and a new app popped up. This app was created by the Real Vizio team this app was not it is only trying to steal your information. They can find your information off of your TV model number and it says on it once you open the app can't find your TV email us your model number I would not recommend this app unless you want your information stolen.Show lessRatatouille 51311
Does not connect to Vizio tv
I’ve tried all the troubleshooting techniques, turning one or both devices off and back on, airplane mode my phone and reconnecting to wifi, uninstalling app and reinstalling, even restarting my modem just in case the wifi itself was inconsistent. I went through a checklist I found online, I’m sure I’m missing one or two things I’ve done trying to make this thing work, but sadly, it doesn’t.Show lessMilennialMomof6

I paid for the lifetime subscription for this remote to get access to all features, and not only did it take like a week to process the payment, but I still cannot access all features. Sent an email demanding a refund unless they give me all the features, and they have not repliedTino7588

Paid 15$ for nothing - Scam App?
Paid the 15$ for the lifetime sub. But when I try to use the app it wants me to pay 15$. I tried restoring purchases, deleting and downloading, updating iPhone then did steps 1 and 2 and nothing. It is so bad I would rather stand up and walk to the television and press buttons there like the old days then use this app. There isn’t any button that is useful or an ok button?!?! How am I supposed to use this then? You have to pay for anything remotely useful.S1lent_Jester
Doesn’t work
Paid for Lifetime Premium. Still gives pop up to buy every time. Restored purchases. Deleted and reinstalled. Restarted the phone etc etc etc. sent feedback through the app. No response months later. Requesting a refund from Apple 🤞🏻RavenSkylar
