    Everytime I open this app, there are some wrongs waiting for me
  • Doesn’t work on iPhone

    It just stops and remind you to update and actually nothing can be updated

  • Terrible Services

    I cancelled a block account over 5 weeks ago and funds have still not been reversed into my account. Whenever I call, I am told they will check and revert, and they only send a mail acknowledging receipt of my complaint and yet, nothing is done. Sutor Bank will not even engage me as they claim to not deal directly with blocked account holders…. I cannot understand this because the bank has acknowledged that I have funds with them so this makes me a client and as such, I should be able to make enquiries about my account with them. They have redirected me to deal with Fintiba.
    The WORST services ever! I’d never recommend this to any student. You will only be frustrated.

    P.S. I gave a one-star rating only because I could not post my review without it. The one star is not even deserved!

  • Not a good app, don’t have the option to not use it

    Unfortunately the choices for blocked accounts in Germany are few at the moment. Most regular banks don’t offer them anymore, so I’m forced to use fintiba. Sending the money wasn’t a huge problem, though I can’t report on receiving money yet because I just opened it.

    My biggest issue is that Fintiba *requires* you to download their app to get the essential documents from them. This is inexcusable, and flat out taking advantage of students in a somewhat desperate situation. Who knows what kind of extra data they can collect about you when you download their app! Why is it not possible to receive the documents over the web? In fact… why have a web portal at all then?

    26.09.22, have to re-download the app because the logging in is looping. The app often does this, but today it’s really bad. Also, the app doesn’t support keychain on iPhones, so a few extra clicks every time it loops. Pretty annoying. Like, if you’re going to force me to download your app… can you at least make it work?

    I can’t open the app on my IPhone 6s device. If I click the icon it’s trying to open but it doesn’t.

  • Not opening after update

    I can’t open the app after the update.
    I think it is not working with 12.1.2 iOS
    And my phone is iPhone 6s plus which is not able to receive any iOS update anymore.

    The app isn’t working anymore, it’s crashing in the first everytime i try to click on the amm ,and i cant even try to log in
