Workflow Delays
I enjoy being able to upload on the go with the mobile app- but I don’t know why they took away the ability to upload the 3 audio files at the same time / feature that allowed us to fill out the other information while we wait. Having to wait around and add the audio versions one by one and then having wait again to access beat information is not as efficient as it used to be.Show lessBFirtek
It won’t let me upload my beats because of bitrate!
I just don’t get it because I actually decided to use this app to make something out of it but too bad bitrate is the issue here and I don’t know how I can change the bitrate to my beats!xXTHAJOHNXx

Lots of spam/promotional notifications
Wouldn’t be a problem if I could turn them off, however there’s no option to turn off the stupid spammy promotional notifications and keep notifications for when I make a sale, so I had to turn them all off, which makes the app functionally useless to me.Dispand
Professionalism
My email has been terminated from both the original version and the studio version with no explanation or no emails at all. SMH I know that this is a business and business works on principles… sorry to say that this isn’t one of them.shsieebem

The new layout looks good & functionality is cool however what I dislike is the fact that the ability to upload the different versions of the beat at the same time was taken away in the newer version. Now I have to wait for one to fully upload before picking another version to upload. Where as in the previous version I was able to choose all 3 & then fill out other information as I waited. I was able to put my phone down & do other things while I waited for the upload to complete. Now I have to pick my phone up about 4 or more times because I have to wait & then choose the next step. Now this just makes the upload process longer & less convenientShow lessMikeNoIkes
Contract Templates & Uploads
Great app! All that’s missing are contract templates and then being able to upload contracts! I find that some clients don’t like BeatStars but rather purchase beats directly from me and use my contracts. Implementing this would be Christmas!S. Millie Sr.

I summited a song and after doing that it keeps saying retry every time I try to edit or check it₉⁹₉JW₉⁹₉
